What Is Geometry Vibes 3D?

Geometry Vibes 3D is a free online rhythm platformer that brings fast-paced obstacle dodging into a colorful 3D world. Instead of playing on a flat course, you'll guide your icon through twisting neon tracks where every jump, turn, and obstacle syncs with the music. Inspired by the original Geometry Vibes, this version adds a fresh 3D perspective while keeping the simple one-touch controls that make rhythm games so addictive.

Beyond reaching the finish line, Geometry Vibes 3D gives you plenty to unlock. Collect up to 90 stars across three difficulty levels. Spend them in the Market to unlock new skins and trails, or challenge a friend in the local 2-player mode. You can play instantly in your browser no downloads or installation required.

How to Play

You only need one button:

  • Desktop: Press W, spacebar, or left click to jump
  • Mobile: Tap anywhere on the screen
  • 2-Player Mode: Player 2 jumps with the Up Arrow

Success in Geometry Vibes 3D comes down to timing. The soundtrack helps you anticipate obstacles, so every jump feels connected to the rhythm. As you progress, you'll need to react quickly to different hazards and mechanics:

  • Spikes instantly end your run if you touch them.
  • Portals can change the game's speed, direction, or perspective.
  • Trampolines automatically launch your character over gaps and obstacles.

A single mistake sends you back to the beginning of the level, but fast restarts keep the action moving. With short stages and quick retries, you'll always be ready for another attempt.

Collect Stars and Unlock Rewards

Most dash-style browser games are pure survival. You run, you die, you run again. Geometry Vibes 3D gives you something to chase. Every level in Classic Mode hides 3 stars, and there are 90 in total across all difficulties. Here's the thing — those stars are rarely on the safe path. Grabbing one usually means taking the riskier line through an obstacle, right where a mistake costs you the run.

That choice is what makes the game sticky. Beating a level feels good. Beating it with all 3 stars feels earned. And the stars aren't for show. They work as currency in the Market, where you can unlock arrow skins and glowing 3D trails to make your runs look as good as they feel.

Game Modes - Rookie vs Pro vs Expert

Classic Mode in Geometry Vibes 3D includes three difficulty levels: Rookie, Pro, and Expert. Rookie mode is built for beginners, with forgiving obstacle patterns and wide timing windows. Pro mode increases the speed and tightens the jump timing. Expert mode features the hardest levels in the game and demands precise, on-beat jumps.

Each difficulty contains 30 collectible stars, adding up to 90 stars across Classic Mode. Players who want 100% completion must clear all three difficulties. The game also includes an Endless Mode with a global leaderboard, where players compete for the highest score.

2-Player Mode: Same Keyboard, Same Beat

The game includes a local 2-Player Mode. A feature most dash-style browser titles skip entirely. Two players compete head-to-head on one keyboard: Player 1 jumps with W, spacebar, or left click. While Player 2 uses the Up Arrow key. No second controller, no online setup - two people, one screen, and the same beat. It's a simple addition that changes the whole feel of each session. Rhythm challenges get twice as fun when you can hear your friend miss a jump right next to you.

Tips to Score Higher

Want longer runs and more stars? These five tips will get you there:

  • Listen before you look. The beat warns you about obstacles before your eyes catch them. Trust your ears.
  • Learn levels on Rookie first. The rhythm stays the same on Pro and Expert — only the timing windows shrink.
  • Skip risky stars on your first run. Clear the level once, learn the layout, then go back for the dangerous lines.
  • Play steady in Endless Mode. The leaderboard rewards long, clean runs — not lucky bursts of speed.
  • On mobile, stick to one finger. Switching fingers mid-run wrecks your rhythm faster than any spike.
